I want to thank CROWNQUIAT for that work of art she gave me last week. I now have it hanging in my office.

Saturday was a late start. Amy showered me, got me dressed, and we finally finished breakfast by close to 12:00. My brother and his wife came over by 1:00, as Amy & Michelle were going to get tiles for the bathroom renovation. Alan stayed with me for a while and then took the Corvette in for inspection. Really appreciate all the things they are doing. For dinner, Mark & Robin came by; they brought Italian food. I had spaghetti and meat sauce, ice cream, RSO, and brushed my teeth. After Mark & Amy got me into a powered wheelchair, I went to the dining room to play Scrabble — I won! After that, they took me to the bedroom, and Mark picked me up and put me on the bed (it was amazing). Then they moved me around, and Amy put some ice on my feet. Once they left, Amy took my pants off and helped me get ready to sleep.
Sunday was also a late day. When we finally got up, we went to the kitchen. Amy crushed all of my drugs and gave me the shakes; it was actually the quickest time I had. Then I asked for the electric shaver and shaved; it took a bit of time. A little while later, she took me to the bathroom, where I did number 1 and 2, and then she helped me into the shower. I will add that getting into the shower is really difficult. After we were done, she helped me get dressed, and I went to the office to do some work. We had dinner at 7:00, then sat in the living room until Alex arrived at 10:30. He then helped me get into bed.
Using the keyboard is also very difficult, as it is very hard to type. I can no longer use my right hand effectively. Also, using my hand to even scratch my head is difficult; my right hand can barely touch it. I am also having trouble sitting in chairs, as my body tends to slide to the right. In addition, I am constantly biting the inside of my mouth, which is very painful and bleeds.
On Monday, we got up after 9:00, and Alex got me to the shower, dressed, and to the kitchen. Amy got all the stuff I needed and helped enter it into my syringe; it was done around 11:30. Then I went to the bathroom and returned to the living room, where I sat in the chair and watched TV. Around 1:30, Kathy stopped by with White Castle burgers that my parents asked her to get (it seems that at some point she actually worked there). My parents came over a little later, and Alex helped my father use the chairlift; they stayed for more than an hour. Later, Amy took some of White Castle burgers and mixed them for me; it was tasty. The problem I have is that when I use a small spoon to place it in my mouth, most of it falls out. Amy then suggested that I use some of the shakes; I did 2. I then went back to the living room, where Alex gave me two cups of watermelon, which I put in the syringe. After I had trouble with all the liquids, they were coming into my throat. It took about 45 minutes for me to get to bed. Alex lifted me and put me on the bed. Then he and Amy moved me to lie correctly. I went to sleep.

Tuesday, we got up around 8:15, and Alex showered me, got me dressed, and then Amy helped me do the drugs. After I did the shakes, Alex got my toothbrush and then took me downstairs to go out through the back. Our next-door neighbor redid our side with concrete and actually made a path all the way to our deck. In addition, they made a small section of our driveway slope down. It was nice not to use the outdoor chairlift. We got to the gallery by 11:40 (had to use the urinal in the car). Lance injected me with two B-12s in my legs, and then I worked on my computer. Later, I had lunch, Alex gave me a massage for my legs, and Lance gave me gelato. Then it was time for Amy to get the car. After a long drive home, I went through the backyard and took the chairlift up to the second floor; it was much nicer. After dinner, Alex gave me a cup of watermelon, which I then put through the feeding tube. After brushing my teeth, I went to the bedroom, and after Alex and Amy got me in, I went to sleep. During the night, I was coughing and making crazy sounds through my mouth.

On Wednesday, we got up around 8:15, and I showered and got dressed with Alex’s help by 9:00. When we went to the kitchen, Amy took care of the drugs, and I handled the shakes. After finishing, I brushed my teeth in the kitchen, went to the bathroom, and then headed downstairs. Alex took me out through the backyard and to the car; he tried to get me in the car differently, but it didn’t work. We headed to the conservator, but Simon passed away about 10 days ago, and they were closing the business. When we arrived at the gallery, I used my electric scooter. As I was heading towards the elevator, I hit the wall, and the scooter fell, causing me to fall. Thankfully, I was ok, and Lance and Alex helped me get back on the scooter. I am having trouble controlling the scooter. I got to the office, worked on my computer, had lunch, and at 4:00, Alex gave me a leg massage. On the way home, I sent a message that I did not want to go to the therapist. We arrived around 7:00, and Alex went in to inform them that I wasn’t going. Amy went to the supermarket to buy stuff, and we got home after 7:30. We went through the backyard and up the chairlift. After I had some food (which allows me to take the drugs through my mouth), had some ice cream (which Amy had to buy), along with the RSO, brushed my teeth, and went to bed. That night, I had the same issue, making crazy sounds through my mouth.
On Thursday, we woke up around 8:15 and were in the kitchen by 9:05. Amy took care of my feeding tube (Alex gave me some watermelon), brushed my teeth, and then Alex helped me go to the bathroom. After that, Alex and Amy took me out through the backyard. I got to the car and made it to the gallery by about 11:50. I had lunch by 1:00, and a massage around 4:00. I will add that I am having a lot of trouble coughing and laughing. We left around 5:30 and got home after 7:00. We went through the back of the house and got to the kitchen. I had dinner, ice cream, and RSO, then brushed my teeth and went to the bathroom before getting in bed with Alex’s help. That night, I didn’t have any issues and slept well.
On Friday, I woke up at 8:10, took a quick shower, got dressed, and then headed to the kitchen with Alex’s help. Amy did the feeding and drugs, brushed my teeth (something that is getting more difficult), went to the bathroom, and then downstairs. I’ve had congestion and a runny nose for the past couple of days. I also bite the inside of my cheek, and it bleeds. We arrived at the gallery after 12:00, and Neil came down with the scooter. At 1:45, I had lunch.
