Since I did not have to take the Radicava that week, I was able to start my medication at 7 am. Then worked out, ate breakfast, showered and headed to the city.
On the Monday, because we left a little later than normal, by the time we got into NYC, they closed all of our local streets because of the parade. It took us over 3 hours to get to the garage. When we got to the gallery, I had an email from the woman at Columbia stating that we had a Zoom call on Tuesday to sign documents for the Silence ALS program which will try to create a drug for me. No guarantees, but may as well try!
On the 19th, I headed to the dentist to pick up a custom set to teeth guards to hopefully help reduce the amount of issues I am having in the mouth. Constantly biting the inside of my cheeks and tongue. Will see if they can help.
