For the first two weeks, I continued with my medications, which makes for quite the early morning routine:
By 6 AM: Take Radicava.
Then I decided to start working out: About 25 minutes every morning. Elliptical, weights, sit ups … trying to keep my muscles strong since I was beginning to see some weakness in the left leg.
By 7 am: Take Doxycycline and Riluzole (best on an empty stomach).
Another hour later: Take Neudextra, Mucinex, eat some food, and take the Deanna Protocol supplement (which needs to be taken at least three times a day with meals).
Then we head to the gallery: I take the supplement during lunch.
Evening routine: Take Neudextra, Riluzole, Mucinex, and the supplement.
And in case you are wondering, the Radicava drug is very expensive — a bit over $17,000 for the first batch, then it drops to $12,000. Again, you take it for two weeks, then you are off for two weeks. Thankfully, I am on Medicare … so the insurance company covers most of the cost.

Gotta love dealing with all of this!
